Jane Lum is currently the Director, Head of Human Resources for Travel Retailer, Shilla Travel Retail, Singapore. She currently leads a team of 12, from full spectrum in HR from talent acquisition, employee management, compensation and benefits to leading the learning & development arena for the Korean Power House. She comes with 13 years of HR leadership specializing in retail industry with special focus on cosmetics and perfumery. Additionally, Jane led a training department in a retail company as well as being an avid leader in retail operations before coincidentally stepping to human resources.

 

Her passion about the beauty industry is the same as her passion for people and their learning. Being in retail industry for more than a decade, she has been exposed to various personalities and have learnt from them whether directly or indirectly.
