John is the Vice President Human Resources South-East Asia of Millennium Hotels & Resorts – one of the largest hotel owners and operators in the world as well as Singapore’s largest international hotel group.
Over the past 2 decades, he particularly indulges in his corporate hobby of disrupting status quo, turning moments into movements and weaving in winning philosophies at high-growth enterprises across the globe. He has a wide background in building and leading agile HR organizations as well as accelerating successful strategic change, organization development and business turnaround.
