Prior to the education sector, Kevin has worked in global and APAC HR roles in Fortune 500 companies in industries as diverse as medical technology, pharmaceutical, and energy; and was based in Singapore, London, and Tokyo. Earlier in his career, Kevin also worked with premium organisations in the Singapore public service.

Kevin began his HR career in learning & development and talent management, and continues to be passionate about developing leaders to help them achieve their potential. This has led him to become a certified executive coach, where he has provided leadership coaching to board directors; and business, finance, legal and HR leaders across the Asia Pacific and beyond.

Kevin also serves as the chair of the board HR Committee of a healthcare charity; and as a board HR committee member in a mental health charity. He regularly speaks at HR conferences in Singapore and internationally, and has been a judge for HR awards.
