Leo leads the Total Rewards function for one of Electrolux’s regional business areas covering 7,000 employees across 17 countries. Electrolux is a leading global appliance company headquartered in Sweden reinventing taste, care and wellbeing experiences for millions of consumers and is striving to be at the forefront of sustainability in society through its solutions & operations.

He has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with majority of his career in the Total Rewards field. Having worked in local, regional and global roles in complex multinational organizations, he has built expertise in creating talent-linked reward innovations (incentives, retention, business turnaround) and harnessing the power of digital communication in enhancing Employee Value Proposition. Leo has launched several innovations in the Compensation & Benefits space, all of which require effective mapping of customer experience and seamless execution across geographies.

Prior to Electrolux, he was a Global Reward Director at Unilever, a global fast-moving consumer goods company focusing on beauty & wellbeing, personal care, home care, nutrition and ice cream brands.

Beyond his corporate work, Leo is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Enneagram (NLE) Personality Profiling. He is also a Life Strategist, specializing in Hypnotherapy and a Content Creator focusing on lifestyle, culture and personal mastery.
