Lily Lee is a highly accomplished HR professional with more than two decades of experience in strategic HR, business partnering, change management, organization design, capability building and culture shaping. She has diverse industry verticals experience in the APAC region, having worked for food, hospitality, facility management, HR services, airlines and retail in private, multinational and fortune 500 companies. Lily is a change-maker with a proven successful track record in delivering high-impact HR value. She implemented various business-led talent programs that positively drove higher employee satisfaction and engagement, leading to increased employee satisfaction, improved retention and business results.

Currently, Lily is the Senior VP, Head of HR at ERA Realty Network based in Singapore. She works in tandem with business leaders to align people’s agendas with business objectives.

Lily graduated from Murdoch University with her Master in HRM. She is a Senior HR Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), accredited by Society for Human Resource Management.
