Khim Wah is the People Services Director responsible for the HR team in Greater Asia at IFF. In the past 11 years, he has received Best Employers recognition 4 times, whilst working in 2 separate organizations. Khim Wah is passionate about employee engagement and creating a workplace that brings the best out of people and teams. Great organizations are made up of highly engaged employees working together towards a common goal and HR plays a pivotal role with leadership teams to create this.

Khim Wah graduated from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow Chartered with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He enjoys the diversity in the different cultures having lived in Malaysia, UK, Switzerland and Singapore. Whilst each and everyone of us are different, but we all strive to win and to succeed.

Outside of work, Khim Wah spends time as an Executive Coach, helping people find their way.
