Based in Asia since 2017, he is responsible for overseeing the people strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, and China.

Leading a team of approximately 40 human resources executives, Luigi brings a strategic and holistic mindset, highly developed influencing skills, and extensive experience in driving transformation.
