Naomi Pinkerton

Head of Human Resources
BHG Singapore

Naomi is currently Head of HR for BHG Singapore, bringing almost 20 years HR experience to the team. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Naomi has worked predominantly in retail her entire career – from retail employer associations to department stores and luxury menswear, and for large multi-national organisations to start-ups where the HR function had to be developed from scratch.

Moving to Singapore almost 10 years ago, Naomi put her Masters in Cross Cultural Management to use – adapting her skills and experiences in HR to a South-East Asian culture with a highly diverse workforce.

In Human Resources, connections with people are everything – understanding what drives and motivates your workforce and how to use this commercially are skills all HR practitioners must continually develop and hone – but most of the time that’s half the fun and it’s definitely what keeps Naomi going!

Outside of work, you will find her running through the Botanic Gardens and trying to cook and bake with varying degrees of success. Because it’s not only the destination, but also the journey.
