Narisa Yee

Narisa is Head of HR, Asia Pacific at PGIM based in Singapore, she oversees the HR team for Asia, supporting Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Korea, Japan, and China across all strategic HR activities in the region. Before joining PGIM, Narisa was Senior Director at Visa serving as a senior HR business partner for Southeast Asia. Prior to that, Narisa spent most of her HR career at GIC one of the three investment entities in Singapore dedicated to managing the country’s foreign reserves. As Senior Vice President for HR, Narisa covered a wide spectrum of both HR specialist and generalist functions, including compensation and benefits, talent development, talent acquisition across mid and early-career talent, and HR business partnering. She began her career as a Foreign Service Officer (Political) with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore, where she covered geopolitical issues impacting Singapore’s strategic interests.

Narisa holds a Master of Business Administration from the Boston University Questrom School of Business, USA, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the National University of Singapore.
