Pauline is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation Singapore, where she leads HR strategy across Asia. She plays a pivotal role in shaping talent and leadership initiatives that align with the business objectives of Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation a leading global industrial gas manufacturer headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Additionally, she has earned a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management and is a certified senior professional in human resources.
