Having spent more than 18 years in the Talent and OD space, Sebastian accumulated vast experience in the full spectrum of talent management activities in the enterprise, retail and e-commerce sector. These include talent development, performance and change management, leadership and succession planning, employer branding, organizational development, and capability and culture-building.

In his current role at Linde, Sebastian engages key business leaders and stakeholders across APAC to deliver strategic and timely Talent Management and OD interventions to drive the business agenda in the region. Described by many as a driven and dynamic individual, Sebastian is pragmatic and progressive in his approach towards talent management strategies by collaborating with business leaders to implement best fit vs best practice solutions. He is a certified brain-based coach and behavioural consultant in the DiSC©, SHL and Korn/Ferry profiling tools, a design thinking practitioner, Scrum Master, and Nero-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.
