Sharon is a highly accomplished HR professional,  with more than 14 years of experience. She spearheaded change management, culture transformation, building efficient and coherent team, led high impact regional projects, along with continued strategic business partnering. Sharon has experience in different industries such as hospitality in luxury hotel groups, healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical life sciences, with geographical footprints in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

 

Sharon is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Latin America at Mundipharma, based in Singapore. As an integral member of the global HR leadership team, she partners closely with the leaders in the region to establish the global HR strategy alignment throughout Europe, Canada, and the region that Sharon oversees.

 

Sharon graduated from the National University of Singapore, where she obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology and Social Work. She has also obtained her Diplôme D’études en Langue Française (DELF) at Alliance Française de Singapore.
