Steve has extensive operational management experience and is responsible for all HR services across the AMEAI region and leading Troy’s Global Employee Development Processes. Before joining Troy, he held senior positions with Georgie & Lou as their Managing Director based out of Chiang Mai. The Linmark Group (Hong Kong) as their Group HR Director and prior to this, with Uniroyal Chemical as their VP HR EMEA.

Steve holds a BA and MA in Industrial Psychology from London University and an MBA from Henley Business School; he has also attended the Havard Advanced Management Program.
