As an IHRP-certified Senior HR professional, she has led people-related initiatives across multiple industries and regions, optimising resourcing strategies and fostering inclusive workplaces. As Head of Talent Management at Valency International, she spearheads global talent strategies across Asia and Africa. Previously, as APAC Head of People and Culture, she enhanced employee engagement and successfully integrated talent operations post-acquisitions. Swati holds a Master’s in Foreign Trade and a Bachelor’s in Engineering and is certified in HR transformation. Passionate about building high-performing teams, she combines data-driven decision-making with a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
