Comfortable making decisions, taking accountability, and leading by example. Tim has a passion for Asia, and has spent many years living, working, and travelling across the region. After building solid foundations working in the UK & US, he moved to Asia in 2007 and built a career with regional and global experiences and responsibilities.

Tim has 15+ years diverse consulting experience, on large-scale transformation and change programs across HR, finance, and IT functions. Tim continues to successfully deliver value to clients across the region. Tim has very strong expertise in human capital and demonstrates a strategic go-to-market approach. For the past few years, he has been building new offerings within the People & Change domain, bringing new ways of working to create solutions for his customers and key stakeholders.
