Aakash currently leads Total Rewards for Mastercard across Asia Pacific based out of Singapore and is responsible for ensuring that the total rewards programs in region (Health, Wellbeing, Retirement, Work\/Life integration, Employee Benefits and Compensation) are locally relevant and aligned to Mastercard\u2019s Global Reward agenda. Before moving to Singapore, Aakash was based out of Dubai and was leading Total Rewards for Mastercard for Middle East and Africa.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Mastercard, Aakash has held Regional roles looking after Performance and Rewards at Standard Chartered Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank (f. National Bank of Abu Dhabi).<\/p>\n

Aakash has a unique background with significant exposure across the Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa regions and brings with him a proven track record in the design and restructure of Reward & HR offerings in multiple markets in line with the best practices prevailing globally.<\/p>\n
