Helen is currently HR Partner South East Asia for Swiss Re, one of the world’s leading reinsurance companies. Prior to joining Swiss Re in January 2016, Helen worked for Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, a leading international law firm for 9 years, having taken up a role in London and then coming on a secondment to Singapore in 2010.<\/p>\n

Helen is passionate about the topic of mental and physical employee wellbeing and ensuring that Companies are equipped to support Personal Resilience, and this has become more critical than ever in recent times.<\/p>\n

Helen has worked in the HR profession for 20 years and holds a bachelor degree and Masters within Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Helen has two small children, 3 and 2 years old, so life is always busy and full.<\/p>\n
