Khim Wah is passionate about employee engagement and creating a workplace that brings the best out of people and teams. Great organizations are made up of highly engaged employees working together towards a common goal and HR plays a pivotal role with leadership teams to create this.<\/p>\n Khim Wah graduated from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow Chartered with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He enjoys the diversity in the different cultures having lived in Malaysia, UK, Switzerland and Singapore.
