Boston Scientific Asia Pacific<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daphne Ong is a business-oriented and results focused Human Resources professional with a unique blend of Human Resources, Commercial and Legal experience. She is currently Vice President, Human Resources for BSC Asia Pacific, where she leads the Asia Pacific HR team and is a strategic partner to the Asia Pacific leadership team, responsible for BSC Asia Pacific\u2019s HR strategy, talent initiatives and its transformation journey.<\/p>\n

Daphne joined Boston Scientific from Medtronic International where she was Senior Director, Human Resources, APAC Cardiac Vascular Group. In this role, she led strategic talent, culture and organizational imperatives for the region, including talent management and development, organizational design, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Daphne was also responsible for the formation of the region\u2019s Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and was the lead on a number of transition and transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Medtronic, Daphne held HR roles of increasing responsibility with Abbott Laboratories and Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n

Before transitioning to a career in HR, Daphne had a successful legal career, including serving as a partner at a law firm in Singapore. Daphne earned a Bachelor of Law and a Masters of Law degree from the National University of Singapore.<\/p>\n
