Jovin brings with her 15 years of HR experience in both corporates and startups. A passionate people developer, she believes in creating opportunities and not just jobs. Currently, she oversees the HR function at 8M Real Estate, a real estate investment and operating firm that specialises in conservation properties in Singapore. Her role involves advising business leaders on organisational design matters to drive an engaged and high performing workforce. Before entering the real estate industry, Jovin spent the first half of her career in the public sector where she was exposed to the larger national imperatives in the economic development sector. She designed and delivered strategies on various aspects including employer branding, talent management and leadership development.<\/p>\n

Jovin graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a degree in business, majoring in HR consulting. She is certified in DISC and career advisory. Outside work, she is a patron of the arts and enjoys a good conversation over a cuppa.<\/p>\n
