Clarette is a commercial HR leader with over 12 years\u2019 experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She is a strategic thinker, with a knack for inspiring transformational growth, and developing human-centric cultures that demonstrate empathy and purposeful leadership.<\/p>\n

In her current role, Clarette has led the setup of the Sandoz Asia leadership team, across 8 countries, with over 800 employees. In this role Clarette has focused on building for sustainable growth, expanding judgement-free spaces for voices to be heard, and challenging traditional ways of leading by inspiring belonging, speak-up and empowerment. In addition to her HR role, Clarette recently took on the position of Strategy Business Lead, where she also oversees commercial projects, and drives the operational planning process in Asia.<\/p>\n

Clarette is an Australian national, currently living and working in Singapore. Before moving to Asia, she was the HR Director in Sandoz Australia and New Zealand and has been acknowledged through various industry recognitions such as Top Employer for 3 consecutive years, Leonie Award\u2019s No.1 Best Human Resources Team for Diversity & Inclusion, and featured as a case study by Human Synergistics on how \u2018Unbossed culture\u2019 takes performance to new heights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
