Cher Whee Sim is Micron\u2019s vice president of Global Talent Acquisition in Talent Mobility & Immigration. She leads Micron\u2019s global recruiting strategy and operations by employing innovative human resource solutions to attract, engage and retain top, diverse talent.<\/p>\n

Since joining Micron in 2010 when the company acquired its joint venture TECH Semiconductor, Ms. Sim has served in senior leadership positions of increasing responsibility and successfully spearheaded projects. By balancing the human element and corporate objectives, she has empowered teams with a desire to pursue organizational excellence in the semiconductor industry. She also served in engineering, financial and management roles at TECH Semiconductor Singapore.<\/p>\n

Ms. Sim earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in chemistry from the National University of Singapore and is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program, Singapore Management University Executive Development Program and PwC Trust Leadership Institute Executive Leadership Program.<\/p>\n
