Saema is a HR leader with experience in both start-ups and large scale MNCs. She has worked in different industries ranging from e-commerce to consumer electronics and she specializes in HR automation, employee engagement, culture and M&A.<\/p>\n

She is currently the HR Director APAC in Marcolin looking after the offices in the region and is in charge of integrating the local teams in the group vision and mission.<\/p>\n
