He is currently the Vice President of Organisational Development & Talent Management at Tuan Sing Holdings, a prominent regional property developer headquartered in Singapore. <\/p>\n

Jonathan previously held the position of Cluster Director of HR within the Shangri-La Group. Additionally, he held the position of Assistant Director of Group HR at ARA Asset Management Limited from 2009 to 2020, a globally renowned player in the real estate and fund management sector with gross assets under management of over S$100 billion.
