Victoria holds the position of Senior Vice President overseeing Asia (including China) and Global Travel Retail at Coty, a renowned company known for its makeup, fragrance, and skincare brands such as Gucci, Burberry, Lancaster, and Orveda. In this role, she is responsible for shaping the people strategy across Asia and globally for Travel Retail. Victoria collaborates closely with business leaders to foster the development and expansion of the organisation. Having spent the last 11 years in Asia, with a decade in China, Victoria has worked across diverse industries such as Automotive & Manufacturing, Energy, and now Consumer and Prestige products. Before relocating to Asia, she held a significant role overseeing the retail division of the Celesio Group (now McKesson), managing the people strategy across 12 countries in Europe. As a global citizen, Victoria is known for her dynamic and results-focused approach, particularly in initiating and establishing organisations. With certification as an Executive Coach, she emphasizes enabling work-life balance and addressing issues like imposter syndrome. With over 20 years of HR experience, Victoria has an outstanding track record of managing change and transformation in complex environments. Fluent in multiple languages and experienced in working across Asia, Europe, and the US, Victoria’s objective is to deliver timely and cost-effective HR solutions that drive long-term growth for the business.<\/p>\n
