She brings with her more than 10 years of experience working in established retail companies like LVMH, DFS and Swatch Group. She played an integral role for the Under Armour business model transformation in Southeast Asia from a distributor to a subsidiary in 2020 and supported projects like system integration, job levelling and compensation & benefits market review.<\/p>\n

Zhi Jia believes in driving high performance through a purpose driven approach. She is a strong believer that a leader is only as good as their team and champions team development and collective wins. Zhi Jia has dedicated her efforts to drive Diversity, Inclusion and Equity in her organisation and reestablished Asia Pacific Teammate Resource Groups for the women and sustainability. Outside of work, she dedicates her time as a youth and women mentor to drive women and youth empowerment.
