He has over 20 years of experience, including HR strategy and transformation, leadership development, organisation design, and HR change management. Prior to SMBC, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Committee for AXA Insurance businesses in the Philippines.<\/p>\n

In the past, he has held various leadership roles having worked in India, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Singapore. He is passionate about HR and culture transformation and strongly believes in building sustainable teams and an inclusive workplace.<\/p>\n

Jaspreet holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master\u2019s in Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n
