Zeng Shujuan

Shujuan is the Director of Human Resources, SEA at Millennium Hotels and Resorts – a global hotel company which owns, manages and operates over 145 hotels across some 80 locations. She leads the Human Resources function for the Southeast Asia region, partnering global business leaders and Hotel General Managers to drive the people strategy, developing an empowered and efficient workforce and building a culture focused on creating unforgettable moments for both guests and employees.

With more than a decade of experience, Shujuan has held various HR leadership roles across different industries such as Hospitality, Manufacturing and Education. Her key areas of expertise include Training, Employee Engagement and bringing about positive organizational change.

Shujuan holds a Bachelor of Psychology, Management & Marketing from Monash University and is an avid traveller who also enjoys baking in her spare time.
