Khun Aree’s professional journey highlights a distinguished career in learning and development (L&D) and organisation development (OD). In her current roles as Deputy Managing Director at ThaiBev Training Company and Head of Career & Talent Development for ThaiBev, she strategically drives L&D and OD initiatives. Noteworthy accomplishments include defining global values, creating a Competency Model, establishing a comprehensive career management framework, leading succession and talent management at ThaiBev.

Previously, as Vice President at Siam Commercial Bank, Khun Aree contributed significantly to HR strategic planning, performance management, talent management, and succession planning. Starting her career as a Senior Consultant in human resources, she played a key role in diverse projects for organisations like Thailand Tobacco Monopoly, Provincial Waterworks Authority, Airports of Thailand, Community Development Department, and Provincial Administration Department.
