Rather than HR professional, Korkaew considered herself more of a new gen person with passion in driving impact through employee’s experience and engagement.

With her background in Bachelor of Arts from Aksorn Chula plus Scholarship receiver of ‘Nak Aksorn Talents Programme’ under Royal patronage, her strength lies in the understanding of human nature. On top with master’s degree in international human resources management from the University of Edinburgh, she has a wholistic understanding of human & workforce desire.

Her philosophy is ‘Win with Heart & Drive with Experience’, thus her focus in HR management is based on designing and creating an unforgettable Employee Experience, Engagement and Culture. One of her initiatives included establishing Thailand’s first Diversity & Inclusion Partnership among private sectors (dtac, Unilever & Sansiri) with endorsement from UNDP to uplift DEI standard among Thai society.
