Currently serving as human resources director at CDG Group, she leads the design and implementation of enterprise-wide people strategies that strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and align workforce development with long-term business goals. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, organisation development, change and transformation management, employer branding, and HR digitalisation through SAP SuccessFactors.

Prior to her current role, Maneenuch held senior leadership positions at Sirius Technologies, The One Enterprise, Siam Piwat, Boonrawd Trading, The Mall Group, True Corporation, and Central Pattana, where she successfully led large-scale transformation, process improvement, and performance excellence initiatives guided by globally recognised organisational excellence frameworks.

Maneenuch earned her doctor of philosophy in management from Silpakorn University and completed executive training in management at Oklahoma State University, USA. She also holds a master of public administration from Chulalongkorn University and a bachelor of business administration (International Business) from The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.

Certified in internal coaching, innovation, and national quality award, Maneenuch has also served as a lecturer and advisor in strategic management, organisation development, and human resource transformation. Recognised for her strategic acumen and people-centered leadership, she continues to advance Thailand’s HR and organisational development landscape through her dedication to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.
