Maytinee has over 20 years experiences in HR management consulting with specialization in Human Capital Strategy, Organization Design, Strategic Workforce and Manpower Planning, Retention and Engagement, Sourcing Strategy, Change Management, HR Analytic, HR Process Optimization, Organization Culture, as well as HR Operational Framework for company set up in various industry including engineering, telecommunication, property development, manufacturing, aviation, and financial services both domestically and internationally.

She holds both Master and Bachelor degrees in Human Resources Management and Development from internationally recognized universities in Australia and Thailand.

Maytinee is currently holding the title of Business Partner Director at Pandora, based in Thailand leading the HR Business Partnering for manufacturing facilities.
