His expertise is to deliver the organization development, performance management system, people development, coaching & consulting included the foundation of business and HR start up.

The most recent achievement was to run HR transformation project and being the HR Change Agent to enhance HR function to meet with the Globalization.
Kenny is professionally certified as the trainer for Targeted Selection of DDI and Situational Leadership of The Ken Blanchard and recently Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA.
