Phalapa is an experienced Human Resources leader with over 17 years of expertise in both Thailand and international settings. Throughout her career, Phalapa has held several prominent HR roles, specialising in strategic workforce and manpower planning, retention and engagement, organisation design, change management, HR analytics, organisational culture, and HR operations frameworks across a variety of industries, including power energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing.

Phalapa holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organisation Development from a prestigious Thai university. She currently serves as the Group HR Director for ASEAN at FORVIA Faurecia, overseeing all four business groups in the ASEAN region, which include four plants in Thailand and one in Vietnam.
