A HR consultant turned corporate HR person with over 10 years of experiences in helping companies and their people find their identities and grow together through projects in corporate philosophy, culture alignment, performance management, talent development, and recruitment across South East Asia.
He is also one of the earliest facilitators of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop method in Thailand whose focus is on Employee Value Proposition, Culture & Mindset, and Corporate Philosophy.

On the side, he is teaching pitching and negotiation to Business Innovation MBA students for TUXSA, an online master’s degree offered by Thammasat University.
