Vibhore is a seasoned HR professional with over 17 years of experience spanning industries such as technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and HR consulting. He has held leadership roles at the group, country, and regional levels, successfully driving strategic initiatives and organisational transformation.
In his current role as director of human resources at Western Digital, Vibhore leads HR strategy, talent management and organisational design across multiple locations, aligning people programmes with business objectives and enhancing performance and culture across the organisation.

He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and has worked with globally recognised organisations including Vodafone, Aditya Birla Group, and Michael Page.

Vibhore is a strong advocate of building collaborative and innovative work cultures. He believes in empowering teams to realise their full potential by leveraging their most valuable asset—the people.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing badminton and explore pet cafes across Thailand.
