With an HR career spanning over a decade, Stefano has acquired a 360-degree HR experience while holding several leading HR roles across Asia, working in manufacturing, automotive and FMCG\/Retail businesses. He started his journey at Ducati Motor Holding, where he served as HR Manager and later as HR Director for Thailand, coordinating HR activities across Asia. Then he moved to Singapore with Luxottica, where he was responsible for the regional SEA&ANZ office and the local subsidiaries in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia and Indonesia. Currently, he is the Group HR Director for ASEAN at FORVIA Faurecia, managing all four business groups in the ASEAN region, including four plants in Thailand and one in Vietnam. His expertise includes business partnering, talent management, strategic planning, labour relations, Organization development and employee engagement.<\/p>\n
