He currently serves as the Head of HR Digitalisation (Vice President) at BANPU PCL., where he oversees the integration of HR technology and analytics across the company’s global operations. His role includes leading the development of HR digitalisation roadmaps, implementing SuccessFactors, and ensuring the utilisation of HR systems across countries.<\/p>\n

With a rich career history that includes roles at SCB Life Assurance and Sharp Thai Company Limited, Somnimit has a proven track record in HR systems, performance management, and enhancing employee experience through digital solutions. He is also an expert in compensation design and organisational development, having successfully managed projects to optimise compensation packages and streamline organisational processes.<\/p>\n

His strategic vision and expertise have been instrumental in driving HR innovation and excellence within the organisations he has been part of.<\/p>\n
