He has held leadership roles at the group, country, and regional levels, successfully driving strategic initiatives and organisational transformation.
\nIn his current role as director of human resources at Western Digital, Vibhore leads HR strategy, talent management and organisational design across multiple locations, aligning people programmes with business objectives and enhancing performance and culture across the organisation.<\/p>\n
He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and has worked with globally recognised organisations including Vodafone, Aditya Birla Group, and Michael Page.<\/p>\n
Vibhore is a strong advocate of building collaborative and innovative work cultures. He believes in empowering teams to realise their full potential by leveraging their most valuable asset\u2014the people.<\/p>\n
