In his current role as cluster director of human resources for Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya and Hotel Baraquda Pattaya, managed by Compass Hospitality under Heeton Holdings (Singapore), he leads the overall HR strategy and people management initiatives for the cluster.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, Nithis has demonstrated strong leadership in building people-centric organisations, fostering employee engagement, and driving organisational culture aligned with business performance. His responsibilities include overseeing strategic and operational HR management while strengthening collaboration with both public and private sector stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Nithis holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in hospitality and tourism management from Prince of Songkla University. With extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism sector, he has developed deep expertise in talent development, employee relations, reward management, organisational culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, and workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.<\/p>\n
