Eleanor Leung is currently the Director – Human Resources at McDonald’s Hong Kong. Eleanor is leading the Rewards function to design and optimize compensation and benefit strategy that best attracts, retains, and motivates employees, as well as driving effectiveness and efficiency in running people operations. She is also a strategic HR business partner for the Restaurant Support Centre to support full spectrum of professional people and HR advisory services.

Eleanor has accumulated extensive experience across various industries after her graduation in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, including F&B, FMCG, TeleCom and Retail, in both regional & local level, demonstrating her ability to thrive in fast-paced and adaptable environments. Eleanor possesses a diverse skill set, including full spectrum C&B, shard services, HR business partnering, HR analytics. She has proven herself to be a driven and flexible HR professional who can partner with the organization to build a stronger talent culture and a better place to work.
