A multi-skilled HR professional with over 21 years of experience in all facets of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Engagement, Employer Branding. She specialized in scaling new business , leading HR transformation projects and drive for great employee experience. Linda joined Cognizant back in 2005 and headed the HR operations in China, right from its inception.

 

She relocated in Singapore in beginning of 2014 and her new role is responsible leading for HR BP for ASEAN and HK in addition to her responsibilities in China. She graduated from Nan Jing Normal University, China and received her MBA degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
