Enriched by a flavorful experience from various industries including FMCG, consulting and telco, Shawn is currently the Regional Head of Organisation Development and Learning in Coca Cola, she oversees and strategise end-to-end spectrum of regional Organisation Development and People Development for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei markets. She is also actively involved in leading global talent transformation projects to be implemented across 15 countries.

Prior to Coca Cola, Shawn was with one of the top 3 tobacco players in Malaysia, JT International. Throughout her tenure, she injected coaching culture into the organization and actively involved in key business strategies where large scale of reorganization took place.

In year 2013, Shawn was heading Celcom Retail (the biggest subsidiary company under Celcom Axiata) as Head of Resources Management, Learning & Development. Shawn exhibits a determined and result-driven characteristic. She understands what it takes to curate ‘stickiness’ in an organisational culture hence she is constantly on-the-go with ideas in which would benefit the business in terms of people investment strategies as well as uplifting employees’ morale and capabilities; in an inclusive and diversified environment.
