Erica Lam is the Head of HR in BSH Home Appliance with more than 10 years of experience in various HR management and operations. She held management positions for both regional and global roles in different multinational and listed groups. Erica has been the strategic and people-centered HR Business Partner for the executive management as well as all the employees to optimize the organizational effectiveness. Her specialty would be formulating and delivering HR strategies to foster the fulfillment of business objectives of the organization.

Erica holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. As a genuine advocate of diversity and people matters, Erica strives for the organization’s diversity in all aspects.
