Carmen Sun has nearly 2 decades of work experience in the Human Resources spectrum, with focus on Talent Acquisition and HRBP for Banking, FI and Professional Sectors in Asia. She has also gained exposure on other areas such as HR Consulting, Training & Employee Development, Remuneration Survey etc.

Before developing her career as a strategic in-house TA and HRBP leader in reputable global corporations, she worked in various search agencies as a recruitment specialist for middle to senior management professionals particularly in Banking and Finance Sector in Asia.

Carmen has obtained the Master of Training & HR Management from the University of Leicester, and the Bachelor of Social Science – Government & Public Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is an NGH and PBH Certified Hypnotherapist.
