Iris Chau is the Director of People of Eaton HK, a global purpose-driven company that merges hospitality with creative lab. She joined the company’s Executive Committee in 2017 and has since implemented major human resource initiatives aligning with the company’s purpose-driven brand values. Over the last 4 years, key HR contributions include a people-focused company culture, the implementation of diversity and inclusion recruitment targets and training programmes, and a deepening of the team’s engagement with charities and marginalised communities.

Prior to joining Eaton HK, Iris has extensive experience at numerous hotel groups including InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Dorsett Hospitality International and Miramar Group. She holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management (Hons) in Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master’s Degree in People and Performance from Macquarie University.
