Isabella Tam is a cheerful and energetic HR professional with over 20 years of extensive human resources and training experience in the retail industry.  She is currently with City Super Group as Head of Human Resources and Learning & Development as well as one of the Executive Members in the group to strive for great people management, engagement and development towards a “Great Company To Work For”.   She is an excellent change agent and business partner to senior management with outstanding communication and people skills for great passion and action.

In her early stage, she studied business management in Japan and embraces “Omotenashi” – a Japanese hospitality and service-oriented attribute putting “Customer First” into her career and personal life.

Before City Super Group, she has worked with multinational corporations such as MUJI, California Fitness and Inditex (ZARA) as HR Director.

Isabella has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from RMIT University, Australia and also holds a MBA from the University of Wales, UK.
