After acquiring BBA degree from The HK University of Science and Technology and Training Management Diploma by The HK Chinese University, Karly Wai embarked Human Resources profession at Regal Hotels Group. After that, Karly has joined Marco Polo HongKong Hotel and was promoted to oversee a cluster of three hotels in 2014. She has facilitated productivity enhancement projects to complete amalgamation exercises and steered initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment Sustainability arena with proven public recognitions. Karly is currently holding the role of Director of Human Resources, The Murray, Hong Kong – the iconic historical hotel of Wharf Hotels Group.
