Morna Lee has more than 15 years’ experience in leadership positions including regional role. She is the former Group HR Director of APM Monaco. Prior to that she also worked for reputable multinational companies such as SMCP fashion group, L’Occitane, Estee Lauder, and Leo Burnett. Morna is a seasoned HR leader who has proven herself a strong business partner not only in supporting the business growth, change management, organizational design and transformation, but also a people leader who has a strong passion in people development.
Morna has a diverse academic background including a MSc degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from HK Baptist University; MSc degree in Marketing from University of Manchester, and a BA degree in Business Administration and HR Management from Keele University.
