Patrick Chan is a seasoned HR professional with solid experiences among top-tier international hotel groups such as Marriott International, InterContinental, Shangri-La, etc. Patrick currently oversee the HR strategic-function for the new dual-branded hotel with 1200+ rooms. Patrick is also the Head of Education & Training sub-committee of Hong Kong Hotels Association’s HR Development Committee. Among those experiences, he did in charge of four hotels’ pre-opening HR projects with successful outcome. As a people-culture ambassador, Patrick focus and passionate for interacting with different people and care about one’s learning and development opportunities.
